The family VW Passat TDI Sport has stereo controls on the steering wheel (very rare for a passat to have this i think).
Anyway, finally got round to fitting a replacement in dash single CD player today (bought from EBAY) , but i notice the remote control cable that fits to the CD has 6 pins wheres the one that comes from the Gamma stereo is 4 pins?
I thought the in dash cd players were universal fit? How can I fit the remote control cable to the back of the cd player?
