    I had one and it was mint. G529SWV.

    Just to start off this forum...

    It was a bordeaux pearl 16V, got sold to someone in Bristol. One of the most solidly built cars I've ever had.
    Would love to have a silver VR6 if I ever needed to get a cheaper car.

    I ask, cause I've considered getting one when it comes time to replace the Frau's Polo.

    So how is as an everyday driver, and what's the main difference (performance wise) between the G60 and the VR6??

    So, Ben, how was the Corrado? Like I said, I'm thinking of getting one to replace the Frau's Polo, but which is better, the G60 or the VR6? And are there tuning options for either engine?

    But isn't there an engine problem on the 2.9's that makes them last around 30k miles before the whole engine needs chucked, something to do with the single head on them I'm told???

    P.S We're talking VR6's just in case you wondered.

    Oh, and the lowest mileage on any of them is 125k.

    Same engine from new.

    If you keep the oil level where it should be they last very well.

    How are the coilpacks lasting these days btw... [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
