I am thinking about selling my S3 for a Seat Leon Cupra 150tdi. Just wanted to know it anyone had and negative thoughts on the car or if they are good.

Although it is hard to let the S3 go, I need something a little cheaper to run.

I had the golf TDI 150 - part ex'd it for the S3. Never looked back especially when it comes to the handling. Good solid engine - will make you grin if you get it remapped

I think that since the leon will be a cupra, the suspension should be set up a little stiffer than a normal tdi, but i do love the way my S3 handles:

It will be hard going from a remapped S3 to a 150tdi.

Not with a remap it won't ;)
Only problem with a remap on the Cupra 150 is the clutch can slip. A work colleague has had to revert back to the standard map after the REVO one (195bhp, 300lb/ft) put too much strain on the clutch. Under moderate acceleration it would slip - and this wasn't a high-mileage car either. The map was however done from new.

I test drove a standard one though and it is definitely quick; floor it in third at 30mph and it just flies. Nice cars.
