Hello,

I must have one of the least used PS3's going (only bought it for Gran Turismo 2 years ago..) and went to play it for the first time in about a month and the disc drives won't spin the discs... is there any quick fixes or am i going to have to take it somewhere to get it repaired?

cheers guys!

Dan

The most 8 important point in toronto escort yoga for a beginner is to breathe correctly during the postures. In yoga you breathe in and out through your nose in order to allow yourself to breathe more deeply.Breathing helps you get relaxed and it also helps you move more deeply into the poses. If you feel an area of tension in your body, you can direct your breathe to that spot to help it release. If, at any time during toronto escorts a pose, you find that you cannot breathe deeply, either ease up or come out of the pose.
I dont think an escort will help with a ps3 that wont spin discs will it now. Unless there good at multitasking.

I had this on my ps3 dude and it wont spin because the bluray laser is ******!

Easy to fix yourself. You will need to buy a new bluray reader, around £50. Avoid cheap egay ones :icon_thumright:

Search on youtube to find videos on how to replace the bluray reader and your up and runing again!

Sorry to jump on this thread i have a ps3 that died on me im going to repair it but when i took the motherboard out it looked burnt out and not where they usually go so i need another board. the reason im asking this is i have heard that the bluray drives are paired with the boards and wont work with others so when i get a new board my blu ray drive wont work is this true?

Dude i don't have a clue about the boards.....!? Sorry
Mine was just the bluray that backed up.

There is a code on the bluray drive unit "KES-410" something like that. Its to do with the laser. All i know is that you have to get the correct coded bluray drive and it will work :icon_thumright:

Thanks mate i thought what i read on the net was a load of b******s they were making out that each individual drive was paired with an individual motherboard so either board or drive would not work on another doesnt make any sense whatsoever. What you have said makes sense though il have to find a board with the same code as my drive i bet its something to do with the models ie 40gb,60gb.

I'm fixing my mates one atm. The one you will most likely need is the KES-400A. Which model do you have? 40gb,60gb,etc,?

Its a 40gb so will the number be on the drive and on the board so you know they match? i havnt looked at it in over a month as i bought i new slimline.

The "kes-400a" will be on the bluray drive dude :icon_thumright:

Mine was a 40gb fatboi aswel

Not sure whats on the board tho mate, didnt realy look tbh.
