Thread: Xbox 360 silver or gold?

Right so whats the difference between the gold and silver xbox live packages?

Silver is just the standard account that just lets you view everything basically, gold lets you download the demo's and gives you full access to the live market place and online play, apart from films and full games which they charge you for in microsoft credits

If you are thinking of getting gold you can get it for cheaper than the £40 rrp - I shopped around and got 12 months for a lot cheaper, can't remember the exact price I paid but was rougly £25-£28 I think...

Dont bother with silver, gold all the way. The 360 is sooooo much better with online play aswell.
