there is a gran trusimo demo on the ps site for ps3 but i cant work out how to download it anyone help?

You may have already worked it out by now as your post is 3 days old.
Connect you ps3 using the ethernet connection from the ps3 console to your router or whatever you use then turn on the console without a disc in it, under on of the options is the ps3 store, go on this and the demo is available to download free from there!!
