Fault code 18020

Hi!

Tried to search this but nothing solid comes up with this. Checked my car with vag com a week or so ago and today I realise my S3 has a forge 007 valve! When running the vag com it found the fault code 18020 Engine Control Module Incorrectly Coded.

Could this mean it could have been remapped?

Maybe if you post the actual log it would help us, only the faulting module log not the whole thing.

Also 8L or 8P S3?

could have just had the ecu replaced at some point

Start with posting a complete diagnostic protocol (Auto-Scan).

Just done an auto scan and it now hasn't came back after I cleared all of the errors a few weeks back. Would VCDS show a remap as an error or similar?
