Amber signals on US Spec A6 Avant

A few days ago I picked up my 2006 A6 Avant (Canada/US spec). The tail lights clusters have the amber lens right below the LED array, but both the emergency flashers and turn signals flash the LED array not the amber bulb bellow.

Is the a way to enable the amber bulb to flash instead of the red LEDs? I hope so as by the looks of it everything is there, it's just not enabled.

Have you actually logged into the car with VCDS yet to check for any settings in module 09 for swpaping lamp functionality?

I have not, as I don't have VCDS. I wanted to ask first to see if it was even possible before investing into purchasing VCDS.

Thank for at least pointing me in the right direction in terms of module 9.

Any ideas on what code needs to be changed in Module 9?

I talked to my local Audi dealer and they said they will make the change for me if I can tell them what the code is as they don't know.
