HELP !! Trying to Code OEM Bluetooth into my RNS-E and proper Stuck !!

Talk about a can of worms.

I initially purchased the car in June '09. Its an '04 A4 Avant 2.5 TDI Quattro Sport 180. Everything seemed fine with it. I had a test drive and everything seemed great.

On the day of collection, there was a buzzing coming from the front drivers side BOSE speaker. The dealer seemed to think that it was the Nokia CK-7W Bluetooth Car Kit that was fitted, but (cutting a VERY long story short) after several un-needed BOSE purchases based on the back of diagnosis & wiring continuity tests from several autoelectricians, a £500 Amp, a £60 Door Speaker etc......

After meeting up with a fellow forum user; PJMSPEEDY, we discovered (or rather he did) that this was probably the cause of the buzzing and mimmicking of engine revs through the o/s/f door speaker.



Turns out it was...... so

Paul (pjmspeedy) re-wired it for BOSE for me and soldered corrcetly etc.....

Next, ditched the Nokia CK-7W Kit and got me one of these.........

Now just purchased myself a Ross-Tech VAG-COM Cable so that I can try and do the coding myself.

So now i've managed to recode the RNS-E, and i've coded the telephone bit correctly as advised........ i've managed to pair my phone with the unit "Audi UHV 9720".....

I can use the phone to ring people once it has paired and I can hear it ringing through the speakers (although VERY loud - which I understand can be altered/lowered)

Problem is, my RNS-E still tells me that "No Telephone is Installed" and...........

My Microphone isn't working. Not sure if the telephone has to be recognised as installed for it to recognise the microphone, or whether its been wored up incorrectly. I've heard that you reverse the wires round as this can sometimes fix it.

Paul's (pjmspeedy) said that he didn't try anything different, he just gave up and went back to it the next morning, tried it again and it was recognised. I'm guessing that if this is the case, the CAN needs time to recognise that the Bluetooth Module has been connected and enabled via the VCDS cable.

On another note, I did a FULL AutoScan on my car and wondering if anybody can shed any light on some of the fault codes I have received that seem a little worrying to me;
