Vagcom tweaks on 8L S3

Sorry, I'm sure that this question's been asked before but I can't find anything relevant through the search function.

Anyway, I'm borrowing a friends Vagcom tomorrow afternoon. Is it possible to set the door locks on my 8L S3 to auto-lock when I start driving or can you only do this on the later models?

Also are there any other tweaks I can do or any common faults I should look for?

I haven't used Vagcom before so I'm looking forward to having a good play with it.
