Can you 'upgrade' the micro can lead to a hex can lead

Can anyone tell me if you can 'upgrade' the micro can lead to a hex can lead?

Just bought a new A4 and the micro can is not compatable

Its cheap enough to do but the postage may be a killer and I am supposing I'll have to pay the import duty aswell

Sell it on mate & buy a hex can usb, it really is the easiest option cause postage & import would be more than your loss on the selling uk side, give me shout if you want hex can usb mate & no not advising best so I sell a cable, just I know import & postage charges to RT would be fair bit.
