About LinkBacksOn my S3 8P I installed LEDs on my licence plate but I don't want them to light with no reason when DLRs are on, it's just not necesarry. Is it possible to turn them off while DLR are on ?

You mean DRLs? Unless you have Scandinavian mode the numberplate lights shouldn't be lit.
I don't think you can disable them individually anyway.
