yellow light - vagcom output

have a yellow light on my audi TT 3.2L V6 DSG roadster
this is the vagcom output
Is is just as simple as a duff Lambda sensor that needs replaceing

3 Faults Found:
16814 - Catalyst System: Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0430 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16804 - Catalyst System: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0420 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16414 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Heating Circuit: Malfunction (Open Circuit?)
P0030 - 004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent

It may not be a bad sensor, it could be a bad connection to the sensor. This is the PreCat sensor on the right side of the vehicle when viewed from sitting in the seats - (Should be driver's side for you Brits). Typical Sensor Locations
