    Question A4 2.5tdi Injection Pump.....

    Hi All,

    Some help with Vagcom please.....

    Have had to replace the injection pump on a A4 2.5 tdi and it will not start, vagcom is giving immobiliser errors...

    Does anyone know how to adapt the new injection pump to the immobiliser???

    Any help would be appreicated...

    This is a real head scratcher. There is no relationship between the injection pump and the immobilizer. As Nigel has asked, please post a full auto scan of the car.

    Did you do anything else while replacing the injection pump?

    Well the only thing I can think of Bruce is the cluster as this has a common link, but yeah cant see how could of knocked it out, cluster has immo & also has comms with the pump, logs might help us.

    Sorry guys worked it out....

    When you replace the injection pump on v6 tdi models you have to adapt it to the immobilizer... It has a electronic module on it that ties in with the immobilizer for the anti theft system
