new to vagcom, faults found

Hi guys

I've took delivery of my new hex-can cable and fired up vcds 805.1. The auto scan has found quite a few errors and after doing some reading I think I may need to do some coding for the RNSe that i've installed. The following codes have come up:

16-Steering wheel -- Status: Malfunction 0010
19-CAN Gateway -- Status: Malfunction 0010
37-Navigation -- Status: Not registered 0011
56-Radio -- Status: Malfunction 1010
77-Telephone -- Status: Malfunction 0010

Id appreciate it if someone could advise if I should first clear the codes and then scan again or code the RNSE first. I wwas told the RNSE was already coded when I bought it but needed to recode if I didnt have BOSE which is the case. Any help appreciated.
 
I think i've worked out that I need to recode address 37 to 0205717 as I have a cd changer and no BOSE. Any help woth the others and corrections on my opinion for 37 would be appreciated
 
Clearly you've added and RNS-E so you just need to tidy up.

Clear codes on 16.
Tick 37 Navigation in the gateway 19.
Clear codes on 19.
Clear codes on 37 or 56.
Clear codes on 77.

I guess then that leaves you with the antenna and wrong code on 37/56.

Sorry I don't have time now but if you've not sorted it ny tomorrow I'll look them up for you.

Thanks to Stu, have now cleared all errors and coded the unit properly (i think). The following error keeps appearing on 37 & 56 though:

00858 - Connection; Radio ZF Output to Antenna Amplifier
 
Yes you will get the antenna problem, it's sadly at the moment an unsolved by product of the retrofit RNS-E.

So is that the only code you have?
 
Yeah, same fault code on with 37 and 56. Rest have been cleared

That's you sorted then, I've not checked through the code for your RNS but I'm assuming you are happy with that.

I have bluetooth phone prep, in dash cd changer and MFSW. This look right? I do seem to get a little noise from the speakers after i turn the unit & ignition off but thay goes out after around 30 secs.

Also if I need to enter STG 56 -> Adaptation -> Function 10 (tire size) or does that self caliberate & STG 17 (Instrument cluster) -> Adaptation -> Function 10 -> Channel 62.
