Just thought I'd let you guys know that I've just bought a vag-com compatible cable from Gendan, and was very impressed with their level of customer service.

They've responded to any questions I emailed them within 10 minutes.

Highly recommended.

Yeap always recommend them, 1st class service even if they are slightly pricey, but sometimes I'd pay the little extra for the better service.

I assume you just got the 409 version then.
