    Unlocking DVD player with VAG.COM

    I am trying to change my SAT NAV DVD, but player will not eject.

    Can VAG.COM unlock the player?

    I take it you are talking about the RNS-E? If so then set #56 channel 67 to 0. If it is set at 255 then the eject button is disabled.

    Set Channel 68 to 0 for the NAV unit (37), that activates the eject button in some cases, otherwise you'll need a trip to your dealer.
