login to instrument limit

Hi can you tell me if there is a limit of unsuccesful logins to the instrument cluster its currently saying implausable combination message.

I am yet to get the correct details from slough audi about when the number was generated.

No limit, just the lock time increases each time...

sorry to be a pain, i have just rang slough audi in the uk where my code was generated and they told me their dealer number is "008" does this mean i need to enter the wsc as "00008" to make it 5 digits?

I am having a really hard time believing that this is their dealer number, do you happen to have any sort of invoice from them? Usually the dealer number is on there at the top of it.

yeah i thought it was suspect as it was a bit of a bint on the phone, i dont have an invioce or anything i will try them again.

sorry to be a pain, where on the reciept would the wsc be is it "w.i.p no"? any specifics?

sry just found out its 088 would i need to add zeros to the beginning of it?
