About LinkBacksnew vag-com 409-1 installed it ,but it keeps on saying controller not responding. Ignition is switch on. What could be the problem?, what can i do to fix the problem.1996 audi a4 b5.

Check that your COM4 is selected correctly. if you use a USB cable to connect to your Dongle you need to make sure you ave selected COM4 on the correct USB Port
