Using Vagcom

How do i determine if im running rich, lean or ok?

Ive heard that a revo map will run a bit rich to gain power in the lower revs and my mate says that my car (S3) give as little puff of black smoke when i boot it.

So id like to check if its over fueling or something else.

I have the full vagcom but not sure how to do this one.

However I am sorry to say I haven't got a clue which ones you should use!
