Hi

I fitted a new throttle body in my audi a3 sport '98.

then run

VAG-COM

3 FAULTS found :

00518 - Throttle Position Sensor (G69)
31-00 - Open or Short to Ground

01087 - Basic Setting Not Performed
27-00 - Implausible Signal

00530 - Throttle Position Sensor (G88)
31-10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent

Car is running fine apart from starting it from cold when I turn key it stalls straight away so I need to give a acceleration.

Any advice or help please???

sounds like you need to run a throttle body adaptation (TBA) on it, go into measuring blocks, select the group that has the throttle body position in it and then switch to basic settings and follow the instructions.

don't forget to clear all the faults afterwards
