    VAG COM Login

    Hi i am new to Vag.Com and there is an option to login but it askes me for a code on each one of the modules any one know what that code is or if it is just generic

    My Car is a 1998 Audi A3 1.6

    I hardly doubt you really need a login for what you want to do, but you could start be telling is what you want to do.

    no but the manual is a great help thanks

    and no i very much doubt i will need to login for anything that i will ever need to do just wondering what extre options you can do once logged in

    The options vary depending on the control module and the specific login. As said before normally you won't need one but here are some examples what logins can do...

    - Enable special functions (e.g. cruise control, forcing particle filter regeneration)
    - Enable basic setting/adaptation/coding
    - Can be part of the coding process
