need vag-com help in shropshire area please

I live in Shropshire and have the full version of VAG Com. Whats your problem??

when my lights are on and i open the door i dont get the bleeping noise so i forget my lights are on and the battery goes flat im told to get it checked on vag com because it maybe somthing to do with the instrument panel ??
