key fob help needed

here we are again
,ok when i picked up the wifes car only 1 keyfob worked the doors,assumed the battery was flat,put new batteriesin and programed the remotes for locking,alls good apart from the immob light is flashing away when i put the key in and doesnt start??,i got full vag com ,cheers,ps cheers for all help so far,great website

looks like your transponder in the key aint programmed to the immobiliser! i think this envolves a trip to audi unless you have the plastic key thingy with the SKA code on it!
