    hi guys!

in vag-com measuring block 002, it says injector on time in ms.how can i know if my injectors have reached their limits, unable to supply more fuel? is there a specific maximum for the "on time"?

    thanks!

Yep. They're maxed out at around a 90% duty cycle. How many millseconds are 90% duty cycle? This obviously depends on RPM.

Pick an RPM. Let's use 6000. Since there's 60 seconds in a minute, that's 100 RPS. So a revolution takes 10 ms. But you have a 4-stroke engine, meaning a complete cycle is 2 revolutions, so double that, a cycle is 20 ms. So your injectors are maxed out at around 19 ms.

Generalizing this forumula for an arbitrary RPM is an exercise left to the student...:-)
