Flickering Lights and Alarm - HELP

hi - i've just invested in the vag software as my car has been doing strange things - just wondering if anyone can interpret the following.
Any help would be really appreciated!

was this the first time you scanned? I'd give them a clear first and see what comes back. Tbh the results are a bit inconclusive as you can see that the alrm has been triggered by a multitude of causes, and is also picking up on some suspected wiring problems and a dodgy central locking pump...

Yeh - i've already cleared all the codes once and they keep coming back. My car was broken in to by having the passenger window smashed and the sill bent by a screwdriver (ouch!) so I'm thinking it could be something to do with that?!

I envisage a trip to the stealership
