A4 B5.5 2.5tdi Avant codes help please

Scanned my car last night and found the following codes. The car starts first turn, shows 32mpg on the MFA and runs smoothly, however I feel that it is a little flat beyond 3K RPM - I don't feel it picks up when accelerating in gear beyond 3K rpm.

(I have now cleared these and will rescan in a few days)

The main ones that I'm interested in are 01442 - misfire, 00523 - Intake Air Temp and 01376 - Engine Speed Signal. I guess the misfire could be related to the low fuel?

I have noticed a few bubbles in the feed pipe from the filter to the pump and will be replacing the filter and re-crimping the pipe connectors.

What worries me is the fault pointing at the injector pump 01376 as it points at the injector pump being on last legs but could be also caused by prolonged cranking without fuel...
As for the lack of performance, i would do a boost log if possible, 5th gear from 2000 to 4000 rpms logging measuring blocks 11, 8 and 3... That will show if any issues with your MAF or turbo not meeting the requested boost...
