VCDS needed in Lincoln or Liverpool for cruise control coding.

I'm waiting for the parts to arrive on Tuesday to retrofit cruise control on my 2004 b6 A4 2.5tdi. I had the new steering control so the receptacle is there to just plug the cruise control stalk in. I will need somebody to code it all. I've looked on the VCDS map for Lincoln but when I click on the Lincoln member I get an error screen (I'm based in Lincoln through the week, and travel back to Liverpool at weekends hence the Lincoln or Liverpool request). Anyway, if anybody can help please let me know.
