I've just ordered an OBD cable and will soon download the shareware version of VAG.com. Is it possible to log boost, BHP or torque figures with this version or is it only with the registered version you are able to do this?
You can only use the first 10 measuring blocks in an unregistered version of VAG-COM.
Mass flow is under Engine, block 003.
Boost is under Engine, block 115.
Torque is under Engine, block 120.
For torque/BHP, measure under block 120. You will log figures which is in Nm according to your RPM value.
Torque in lbs-ft = [Nm value] x 0.738
BHP = ([Torque in lbs-ft value] x RPM) / 5252
