Clearing service light/schedule properly?

I took my Audi to the dealer for a service however they haven't rest the service light as they said that the brake fluid needed replaced and that was an extra cost which I told them to not carry out.

I am going to replace this myself. I have legit vcds - could someone please tell me how to rest the service light properly? I've done it before on an older car but this time I wish to reset it properly so that it stays in line with the current service schedule?
