New fault after coding CC on a 2007 A4

Just wondered if anyone has come across this? I emailed rosstech but its bugging me. Fault was not present before coding CC, and coding was sucessfull. This is the after log after a DTC reset and a drive.

Could they be linked? The 01 engine fault was not there before coding but the bootlid issue was.
 
This came up on an 07 A4, strange as one of the part numbers doesnt even fit the B7 A4, confirm the year & chassis type, maybe a B8 08?
 
Sorry it was a b8.
Rosstech suggested recoding gateway to same value again to see if fault resets.
havent tried as yet.
