Odometer from kilometers to miles

Hi

My odometer has switched back to kilometers, I have bought a ross tech cable to correct this amongst other things.

I have figured out that in VCDS I would probably need to go to 17-Instruments then to CODING

Now this is where I am a little stuck, I am assuming I need to change the country code back to 4 (was in another post back on here)

But how do you actually do this?

As I have software coding
Workshop code
Importer number
Equipment number?

Not too sure what I am doing here and don't want to screw it up

Note: Germany is coded as Europe, but 0 is a valid for germany.
