Audi A4 Auto 1999 - Car goes in Limp Mode - DTC light - Code help #Sheffield

Hi i am new to the forum and hoping to learn a lot more soon

car sometimes goes on limp mode on start (5mph) have to off and on and its ok. Did also have another problem when the engine was not firing on the first go...took a second go and it was ok.

Got the Handheld U280 and got these results. looked most of them up on Ross-Tech

Looking to do a Capacitance Discharge (battery ) on the 17976 error. Need advise on the rest please

Looks like an overall TB problem then, so I would check if this is connected ok 1st, then see if you get any readings of it, I would try to do a TBA, maybe the TB has become faulty & needs replacing.

Going to get local to get it cleaned and reset.

Will also get the spark plugs changed...not done for a long while. Which ones NGK or Bosch ....model? - V6 2.4 Auto engine
