calculating bhp in vcds lite

hi sorry if this has been covered before but i couldnt find a definitive how to on this.

Basically i want to know if a: this is possible and b: how

i was hoping to do it tonight or first thing in the morning as im booked in for a remap at 12 tomorrow and wanted to do a before/after

car is an a3 8l tdi 110 btw

ive only just got vcds and to be fair, dont really know how to use it, also i dont have excell to make a graph, but just wanted to check maximum figures really.
