Useless Harrogate Audi

I should have known better, but having talked to a tech at Harrogate Audi on the phone who agreed it was do-able, I took it in to them today for a While-U-Wait job to have the following VAG-COM work done on my 2009 Final Edition A4 Cab (B7):

• Unlock RNS-E Nav disc eject
• Retrieve RNS-E pin code
• Turn off selective locking
• Turn off speed locking
• Turn off seatbelt chime (module 17 penultimate code flip digit to 0)
• Enable telephone voice control (module 77 penultimate code flip digit from 0->2)

They came back to me after an hour all sheepish and said they'd only been able to do the first job and the rest weren't possible: too complicated / too specialist / too dangerous. They said they weren't going to charge me, like they were doing me a favour!

Makes me want to buy VCDS just to show them, but I don't think this work is really worth 250 quid I can't believe Audi garages don't know how to work on Audis.

So, can anyone recommend a specialist in Harrogate / Leeds / York who can do this stuff?

I have vagcom I'm 40 mins from Skipton and can do this for you.

Thanks BlackQuat - you were a bit too far for me to travel. I ended up using a mobile car technician who did everything I wanted for £40. You cant retreive pin from radios with VCDS, so he either has the dealer VAS unit or he's rewritten a new pin number with a cd hack.

Also dealers dont use vagcom, they use VAS & new tool thats name escapes me right now.
