HI i Emailed ross-tech about activing the tear wipe. Like what my old a3 use to do.
They sent me this back.

Hello Dan,

The instructions you found are correct. The wiper motor is a
slave
(sub-system) module from address 09:

[Select]
[09-Central
Electronics]
[Coding]
Choose the Component: Wischer AU350 H01 0130 from
the drop-down
[Long Coding Helper]
Tick "Tear Wiping active" and exit the
helper
[Do It!]

I get to choosing Wischer AU350 H01 0130 from the drop-down
then click on coding helper (long Coding helper not there)
Then just get load black boxes from bit1 to bit 20 nothing about "Tear Wiping active" ??

anyone help me out here, I'm a complete noob! with vag-com and poo myself every time i click button
Just incase mess something up.

Thanks
The Dan

Also update to vcds 11.11 now as its released.

There is the LONG coding helper

No man, I mean, put the cursor into the 1st box that shows 00, then press tab to go along to the box that shows F5, then press tab again so it goes to the next box that shows 10, these are the bytes I'm referring to, hence byte 00 is 1st box, byte 01 is 2nd box & so on, it says byte 0, byte 1 etc underneath the box.

Sorry late reply internet been down :)banghead:talktalk)
