Adjusting Alarm Bleep and Central Locking?

Evening people, hope we are all well.

I have an 2002 S3 and the usb odb2 cable using VAG-COM 3.03 (old) solftware.

Is it possible with the above setup to make adjustments so that the alarm bleeps when i lock the car?

Is it possible also to make the doors lock at 10mph and unlock when i turn off the ignition??

If this is possible please provide step by step instructions as the vag-com software isn't obvious on how to use it!
