VCDS Lite, Xenon adjustment

Will I be able to adjust my xenon headlights on my 2001 S3 if I purchase VCDS Lite and use my cheap cable? I have already taken the car to Audi to have them adjusted but they would rather I paid £1300 to fix the lights!

If there is a problem with the lights you need to fix that before you can adjust them, neither VCDS nor the factory tool will help you to avoid that. Both VCDS and VCDS-Lite should be able to perform the necessary steps for a proper adjustment.
