Engine running problem

Hello all apologies in advance if I sholdnt be posting here,
was recently removing my wiper motor/linkages and had to remove the electrical connections (4 plugs and one power supply wire) in the pledum chamber going down inside behind the steering colum. I did not have the ECU disconnected just the connectons in the box. here are the conditions all this happened under:
battery was still connected the whole time, (was just 100% lazy) might have cost me
ignition off when disconnecting but was turned on when disconnected to move wipers

whats happening now basically is limp mode and running rough, not nice when its remapped!
egr faults
charge pressure faults
and a few other faults.

i have vdcs so if anyone has more knowledge of a few things I could try check ill look forward to it.
