VAG COM Car Diagnostic Scanner on ebay

Hi All,
I am new to this forum , so hi, first post, I have had a fault come up on my car and was wondering if it is worth buying one of these scanners on ebay, I have no idea what is the correct type to buy etc and see a whole range of different prices etc..
Can anyone comment on this one i found, and wether it would be worth purchasing...

Hi Thanks, I got a 2006 A4 Cabriolet 2,0T sline, And w enow got the weather to enjoy it

TBH mate its a fairly basic system, only scans 3-4 modules, if you had issues with airbag/engine light then it would tell you the code, but far from comprehensive & only system I know that will do the whole car & help diagnose is VCDS/Vagcom, of which I can supply.

Enjoy the sun, cab is great for days like this, albeit its extremely hot today so burnt heads :P
