As per title, VCDS (lite sorry can't afford real deal at the moment) struggles to connect to the HVAC controller.

scans for vag number, component, soft coding & shop and eventually finds all 4 at once but then i go into fault codes and it looses comms before i get anywhere.

is there a fiddle in the "protocol options" i can try (KW2 delay?)
