VAG Com - losing registration

hi there, just started Using 409.1 with an aftermarket lead. It all works fine, except that each time i put in my registration code, it accepts it, then the next time i change menus, it has forgotten it all again. As a result i can only look but not touch in VAG Com. Its driving me nuts.

No idea, got the whole shooting match off a mate who was going away from the VAG brand.

If its genuine, then the license isnt transferrable, its locked to a machine, so if you've stuck it on your machine then forget it, if its counterfeit then you know the answer.

I remember years ago having to deactivate the software on my old laptop & then was able to contact Ross tech with the release code to get the code for installing it on my new laptop.

Yes for the actual licensee, but as he's not the registered user, he may find this an issue Ew.
