DRL and Coming/leaving home lights

Guys, Looking for someone to help me out here with setting my DRL's on a 2009 A3 Black Edition not to Dim when switching onto side light setting. And looking to see if there is anyway to activate the fog lamps as coming and leaving home lights? Just new to this and not really got much of a clue on the software etc. If anyone can help out or point me in the direction of someone would could carry out this work for me it would be great. Im located on the east coast of scotland but will travel etc depending on how far the location is from me

Are you drl's led cause the halogen version drl's share the same bulb as the sidelights so that would be why it dims.

No the 8P wont do fogs for ch/lh which is annoying as they were perfect on the A4 as fogs.

The DRL's are LED and Bi-xenon lamps. its a shame about the ch/lh, my mother in laws standard 2008 Golf TDI even does this with the fogs!
