We are so pleased with the casting quality of our K03 manifold, that we have split a manifold in half to show the accuracy of the mould, to our CAD model.
From the pictures you can see that:-
Internal runners are smooth and even.
The manifold has a minimum wall thickness of 3mm.
Shows the quality of the mould.
The casting is free from imperfections such as bubbling.
