Thread: How to fit recirculating.

Hi.

I have stupidly removed my old recirculating valve without noting which way the old one was on and i dont know which way it should be on.

Would anyon know which way it goes on? does the top of it where the small hose pushes on to, face to the side of the car or the front.

this is how mine is located top of the pic is the bottom of the windscreen

sorry i forgot to say i have a 2001 A6 1.8T

1.8T in mine as well
