I'm new to the forum so, first a few words about me and my car.
I live in Belgium, 20 km away from Brussels.
I have an Audi A3 8L from February 2003, so not the new model.
After 15 000 miles I remapped to ca 130 HP. Now it's 70 000, never had any problem.
I'd like reaching ca 170 HP and 360 nm. So, I have many many opportunities: exchanging the turbo, the clutch, installing a huge intercooler, the injectors, the nozzles...
I just found 0.230 nozzles on an ebay store. What power and torque could I reach if I get these huge nozzles? The other concern is why changing the injectors (which are expensive) if getting big nozzles will do the job?
I plan changing the intercooler but don't know how many HP I could get with a huge intercooler.
So: PD100 + 0.230 nozzles + intercooler + remap + clutch => Power and Torque?
On the other hand I could buy a new turbo + clutch and remap...which might be much more expensive.
Do you know whether the turbo from the TDI 130 would do the job? Or the one from the TDI 140? Any modification to do to install a VNT 17 (from a TDI 130 if I'm right) on my car? I suppose the turbo of a Golf TDI 130 is he same as the one of an Audi A3 TDI 130...
Any suggestion would be appreciated. Links to websites too
