Does anyone know how to install this Blow of Valve into an 02 A4 1.9Tdi,The bottom section fits well into the crank breather from the turbo pipe, but after that i am lost, the item was purchased on E-bay.

Mate,

Your car is a TDI, whick means it has no throttle plate in the inlet tract and as such does not need a blow of valve. Blow off and diverter valves are only for petrol engines.

im sure ive heard a BOV on a diesel escort before... is there any way they could have bodged it to make the sound?

Prob, but as you just indicated, it was bodged.
