The trouble is with ko3 and ko4 manifolds they are not really thick enough to remove lots of material and they are prone to cracking anyway.Apparently someone on seatcupra.net said that a larger cast k04 manifold is being developed as we speak.Because of these problems i am going to try a k04 hybrid(ko3 fitment)with a gasflowed turbo housing and a larger bore aftermarket k03 manifold.Cheers Andy
