To de-cat or not to de-cat...

that is the question! how louder are we talking when you de-cat a S3? I know there power gain to be had but i don't want it too loud! Anyone running this with a standard exhaust on aswell?

To be honest i dont think it will make much differece to the exhaust note. cats dont silence the noise unlike a silencer (stating the obvious i know) PLus you will still have (or should have Depending on exhaust system etc) at least 2 silencers left to do their job.

I'm having my pre-cats done as soon as i can get car booked at local garage.

If i get it done before you i will try and post before and after sound clips?
