Audi TT TDi remap - oops, should have posted here!

Silly me - I've only just seen this sub-forum and realise I should probably have posted my question here. I've put a link to the post below, but in short I'm planning a stage 1 remap for my Audi TT 2.0 TDi 2009 Quattro. Dithering between Revo and Shark, looking for advice and recommendations.

One remaining question (apart from the DPF cleaning process in my last post) is about taking the ECU out. Shark say they need to, Revo have made no mention of this? Does this tend to vary?

    Thanks!

If its 2009 then its slap bang on the timeline of having a locked ECU. You might get away with it but you'll need to get the ECU read first to determine whether or not its locked/unlocked.

    Hi Palgrave,

Where are you based? the best thing to do is to take along to your local Revo/SRG dealer. however either way it's not an issue for ourselves.
